Her research interest includes Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Adolescent Trauma. She obtained her master\u2019s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy\/Counseling from Capella University in Minneapolis, where she discovered her interest in family dynamics. Amber has experience counseling all age levels using a variety of methods to help clients identify the root of their struggles including CBT, motivational interviewing, and TFCBT (Trauma focused CBT). Ambers treatment background includes experience working with a variety of diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD.
