Teresita “Tery” Lambertt is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern for the State of Florida. Tery received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Vanderbilt University and two Master’s degrees from Nova Southeastern University in General Psychology and Mental Health Counseling. She is a Certified Crisis Worker by the American Association of Suicidology and a Certified Community Resource Specialist by the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems. Tery has experience working with a range of diagnoses and issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, codependency and unhealthy relationship patterns. Every person’s path to healing is different and that is why unique treatment approaches that best suit a client’s unique learning styles are used. Tery is trained in and incorporates in her therapy elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), trauma focused CBT, and a range of other eclectic approaches.
